ABOUT ME
My name is Zoe Francis. I am a web and graphic designer based in Horsham, West Sussex.
I love all aspects of design and creativity, especially visually outgoing print work. I am inspired by the fashion world for its constant change and vast styles and opinions. As well as many Artists, such as Banksy for his criminality and controversy. Rene Magritte (from my collage days) as being someone who became well known for a number of witty and thought-provoking images, something one day I would like to achieve through my own artwork.
My passion for technology started at an early age, I owned my first computer at the age of 9 and designed and created my first website at the age of 9 1/2. Since then, I have been using computers every day in all aspects of my life.
I studied in Horsham, West Sussex achieving 11 GSCE's and 3 A-levels, Art, Mathematics and ICT. I left eduction at the age of 17 and started my graphic design career working for Mobstar Media based in Brighton. Mobstar specialises in creative mobile media, producing mobile entertainment, personalisation and marketing.
My role at Mobstar involves mobile theme creation for companies such as Sony Ericsson, graphic design and managing the development of iphone applications. Although I work for Mobstar Media full time, in the evenings my life is dedicated to freelance work…it must be an obsession!
I specialise in corporate identity, logo design, print design and branding with the majority of my time spent designing and implementing websites for local businesses and charities.
